A Writing Challenge: Day 20

Praise: Today's praise is for answered prayers! I praise Him and thank Him for hearing my prayers and answering them. Even when He answers no, I am still grateful, because it is an answer that I have been praying for. My encouragement for you today is that, He does hear your prayers and He will give you answer eventually. Just don't stop praying. For we know that the testing of our faith produces perseverance.

Prayer: Today's prayer is for perspective. Sometimes, it is so hard to see the good in the bad. Especially, when it seems like the bad keeps coming. A good friend brought up a good point about trying to view the situation from a different perspective and since then, that is what I have been praying about. 

Dear Lord, Forgive me when I let the bad and the ugly take over my thoughts. I ask for You to open my eyes to a new perspective during those situations and allow me to find the good. For I know that You work all things together for good to them that love the Lord and are called according to his purpose. In Your awesome Name we pray, Amen.
